Charleston – United States Attorney for the Southern District Mike Stuart and FBI officials will hold a press conference Monday to present forfeited proceeds to the West Virginia State Police.
The forfeiture comes as a result of the state police’s direct participation in the case of U.S. v. First National Bank of Williamson.
The press conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. in the U.S. Attorney’s office on Virginia Street East in Charleston.
Others scheduled to participate include FBI Special Agent in Charge Robert Johnson, FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Nicholas Boshears, State Police Colonel Jan Cahill, State Police Major David Nelson, State Police Captains Jason Davis and Reggie Patterson, and State Police Sergeant Sean Wolfe.
