The public is being invited to attend the memorial, which will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Culture Center’s Grand Hall. A multi-agency honor guard will then lead a procession to lay a wreath at the state law enforcement Fallen Partner Memorial at the Culture Center plaza.
Scheduled speakers include U.S. Attorney Michael Stuart of the Southern District of West Virginia, and Military Affairs and Public Safety Secretary Jeff Sandy.
