Three narcotics arrests made

Huntington – Two narcotics search warrants resulted in three arrests Tuesday in the 400 block of Bridge Street, according to Huntington Police Chief Ray Cornwell.
Members of the Huntington Violent Crime Drug Task Force and the Huntington Police Department Criminal Investigative Bureau executed the first warrant at an apartment at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday.
Detectives arrested Seneca Smith, 36, of Huntington. Smith was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Detectives found 206 grams of suspected heroin, 62 grams of suspected cocaine, 499 oxycodone pills, a firearm and $4,210 in cash.
The second search warrant was executed 10 minutes later at an apartment next door. Officers arrested Jessica Chesney, 30, of Huntington, and Joshua Hill, 29, of Huntington, at Hill’s apartment after they were found to be in possession of distribution amounts of crystal methamphetamine and heroin. Chesney was released due to having a late-term pregnancy.
She has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Hill has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
